Weekend service was strong, but weeknights were quiet and the restaurant had no way to reach past guests directly. We built local SEO and an email/SMS loyalty program that turned occasional diners into regulars.
Overview
Pom & Olive serves a loyal weekend crowd built on word of mouth and genuinely good food — but weeknights told a different story, with half-empty dining rooms and no marketing system reaching past guests to fill them.
The Challenge
The restaurant had no email or SMS list, an outdated Google Business Profile, and no consistent way to bring back guests who'd already eaten there once. Weeknight covers were left almost entirely to chance.
The Strategy
We built a guest capture program at the table and online, then used it to specifically target slow nights with timely offers, while rebuilding local SEO so the restaurant showed up for nearby dinner searches, not just for people who already knew the name.
