Overview
OCFC offers flight training and discovery flights for aspiring pilots across Orange County. Google Ads and local search were generating a steady stream of discovery flight bookings — but most first-time flyers never came back to start the actual training program.
The Challenge
The discovery flight brought people to the airport but had no structured follow-up afterward. Without a clear next step, a clear cost breakdown, or a real plan, the excitement of the first flight faded and most prospective students simply never called back.
The Strategy
We restructured the post-discovery-flight experience into a guided enrollment path — a follow-up call within 24 hours, a clear breakdown of the path to a pilot's license, and a time-bound enrollment incentive that turned a vague "maybe someday" into a real decision point.
