Pristine Drywall has built a strong subcontracting business doing drywall installation and repair for general contractors across Southern California — but that pipeline runs in cycles, and slow periods meant idle crews with no independent way to fill the gap.
The Challenge
The business had never marketed directly to homeowners or property managers — every job came through a GC relationship. When those relationships slowed down, there was no backup pipeline.
The Strategy
We built a Google Ads and local SEO presence specifically targeting homeowners and property managers who need drywall repair directly — water damage repair, popcorn ceiling removal, patch work — services that don't require going through a general contractor at all.
