Design Covers manufactures custom-fit seat covers for cars out of Rancho Cucamonga — precision-made products for customers who often own multiple vehicles or refer fellow car enthusiasts.
The Challenge
Every sale was being acquired through paid ads as if it were a one-time transaction, with no system to capture customer information for future vehicles or to encourage referrals to other car owners in the same enthusiast circles.
The Strategy
We treated each customer's first purchase as the start of a relationship, not the end of a transaction — building email sequences timed around new vehicle purchases, seasonal reminders, and referral incentives for an audience that's highly active in car enthusiast communities.
