OC Tires brings tire replacement directly to customers' homes and offices across Orange County, with high satisfaction but almost no one leaving a review afterward — and weak visibility in local search results as a result.
The Challenge
Review volume and recency are major local search ranking factors, but OC Tires had no consistent process for asking satisfied customers to leave one after a mobile service call. The business's actual reputation wasn't reflected anywhere online.
The Strategy
We built the simplest possible ask into the existing service completion process — a text message sent the moment a technician marked the job done, with a direct review link — rather than relying on technicians to remember to ask in person at every stop.
